Rename a group

Rename a group to change the name of the group to which users are assigned. You can rename one group at a time.
Rename a group from either the dashboard page or
Project view
.
  1. Either:
    • Select
      Open dashboard page
       and then select
      Manage user and groups
      .
    • In
      Project view
      , expand
      Security
       and
      Groups
      .
  2. Under
    Groups
    , right-click the group to rename.
  3. Select
    Rename
     and type a new name for the group.
    TIP: To rename a group from
    Project view
    , right-click the group, select
    Rename
    , and then enter the new name.
The group is renamed on the dashboard page and in
Project view
.
