Configure measurement systems map

Use preferred engineering units in unit systems associated with project locales. Map custom units in these systems: International System of Units, US Customary Measurement System, British Imperial Units.
TIP: The session locale determines the measurement system for the displayed data. For example, a session with the en-US locale displays temperatures in Fahrenheit degrees.
