Resize a graphic object

Drag to resize a graphic object or specify values in the Height and Width properties of the graphic object.
To resize a graphic object, the alignment of the graphic object must be left, top, or bottom. If the graphic object alignment on the X-axis or Y-axis is
Adjust
, the graphic object sizes dynamically according to the size of the container. You cannot scale the size of an object that is inside a container with respect to the size of the container.
TIP: The size of the
Window
object defines the size of the entire user interface. It can be set using the
Width
and
Height
properties or it can be automatically set equal to the size of the screen on which the interface is displayed at runtime using the
Full Screen
property.
  • In the window, drag a sizing handle on the object, or in
    Project view
    , select an object and in
    Properties
    change:
    • Height
      . Enter the value for the height of the graphic object.
    • Width
      . Enter the value for the width of the graphic object.
    TIP: If you delete either the
    Height
    or
    Width
    value, the graphic object uses the
    Auto
    setting. The text and padding determine the size of the object.
