Alarm variables
Each alarm type has variables that you can dynamically link to the property of a graphic element. When the configured level for a graphic object is reached and the alarm occurs, the graphic object displays the value or message of the configured alarm.
For example, you can create a digital alarm and link the
Active
property of a graphic object such as an LED to the Active
variable of the digital alarm. When the alarm becomes active, the LED turns on. Available variables depend on alarm type.
