Upload recipes

Use the
<controller-name>: Manage recipes
 page to upload recipes from the controller to the local drive. Upload the recipes to the local drive to save backups in case of an unexpected data loss or to free up space on the memory card. The upload behavior only applies to recipe files. The Header file is regenerated based on the recipe configuration.
L20E controllers support up to 10 recipes, with each recipe containing up to 50 variations of the recipes stored in separate files with unique names.
By default, recipe files are uploaded to the Downloads folder. If the recipe file exists in the destination, the uploaded file will overwrite the existing one.
Prerequisites
  • The controller is online.
To upload recipes
  1. In
    Project Organizer
    , double-click the controller to open the controller application workspace.
  2. In the
    Controller
     tree, select
    Recipe
    .
  3. On the
    Recipe
     configuration page, select
    Manage recipes
    .
  4. In
    <controller-name>: Manage recipes
    , select Upload recipe icon.
  5. In
    Upload recipes from memory card
    , select the recipe files you want to upload, and then select
    Upload
    .
