Duplicate destructive bit detection

Duplicated Destructive Bit Detection identifies if a particular bit of a tag referenced by an Output Energize (OTE), One Shot (ONS), One Shot Falling (OSF), or One Shot Rising (OSR) instruction is destructively referenced elsewhere in the controller.
If an instruction can overwrite a tag value, the instruction is a destructive reference for that tag. For example, the bit is used in a destructive parameter, such as in OTE, ONS, OSF, or OSR in a ladder logic routine.
