Assign a data server to all phases in a unit

When creating a unit, assign a data server to the unit. This data automatically assigns to all phases subsequently created in that unit.
:
  1. Select the unit icon in the
    Design View
     area and select
    Edit > Properties
    . The
    Edit Unit
     dialog box,
    General
     tab displays.
  2. From the
    Data Server
     list, select the
    Logix5000
     CIP data server that represents the controller connected to all phases created in this unit.

  3. Select
    OK
    .
