View and include assets in the schedule

You can view the scheduled assets and choose which assets to include in the schedule.
To view and include assets in the schedule
  1. Do one of the following to select the schedule name for which you want to view and include the assets in:
    • On
      Schedules
      , select the schedule name for which you want to view and include the assets in.
    • On
      Schedules
      , select
      Task properties
      . The first schedule is selected by default.
  2. Select the dropdown arrow to view the scheduled assets by location or by asset type.
  3. Expand the asset tree, and then select the checkboxes next to assets to include them in the schedule. To include all the assets in a container, select the checkbox next to the container.
