Enable or disable scheduled assets

You can enable or disable assets in a schedule at any time, including while the schedule is running. When you do, the schedule will only execute for enabled assets. If you disable all the assets in a schedule, the schedule will not run, even if it is active.
Prerequisites
  • To enable or disable assets in a schedule, you must have
    Edit a schedule
    permission.
To enable or disable scheduled assets
  1. Select the desired shcedule name for which you want to enable or disable the assets. On
    Schedules
    , either:
    • Click the desired schedule name.
    • Select
      Task properties
      .
  2. Expand the asset tree, and then enable the assets by selecting the checkbox next to each asset or disable the assets by clearing the checkbox next to each asset. To enable or disable all the assets in a container, select or clear the checkbox next to the container.
