Column headings on Schedule

The following table shows the column headings on
Schedules
and their meanings.
Column Headings
Descriptions
Active
Indicates whether the schedule is active. If there is a checkmark in the box, the schedule is active.
  • For Disaster Recovery and Security Compliance schedules, it means the schedule will run at the next scheduled time.
  • For Device Monitor schedules, it means the schedule is running.
Status
  • For Disaster Recovery and Security Compliance schedules, it shows the status of the schedule: Disabled, Waiting to Run, or Running.
  • For Device Monitor schedules, it shows the number of ControlLogix controllers being monitored and the total number of controllers in the schedule. If these numbers are different, a ControlLogix controller could be disabled or have communication problems.
Name
Shows the schedule name. Schedule names must be unique.
Schedule Location
Shows the asset for which the schedule is originally created. It could be a scheduled container that includes other assets or an individual asset for which you are creating a schedule.
Operation
Shows the operation types.
Description
The description of the schedule definition. This column is not shown by default. To show this column, hover over any column heading, select ftac_web_archive filter1, and then select ftac_web_archive filter3 to configure the columns to show.
Last Time
  • For Disaster Recovery and Security Compliance schedules, it shows the last time that the schedule ran. If the schedule has not run previously, the box is empty.
  • For Device Monitor schedules, it shows the last time that changes were detected. If no changes have been detected, the box is empty.
Next Time
  • For Disaster Recovery and Security Compliance schedules, it shows the next time that the schedule is going to run. If the schedule is inactive, this box is empty.
  • For Device Monitor schedules, it shows "On Event". Device Monitor schedules run continuously, and a report is generated after changes have stopped occurring for a period of time defined in the
    Timing Properties
    column.
Completion Email List
  • For Disaster Recovery and Security Compliance schedules, it is the list of recipients to whom an End of Schedule report will be sent when the schedule completes. The End of Schedule report summarizes the operations that were completed during the schedule.
  • For Device Monitor schedules, it is the list of recipients to whom a change report will be sent for any Logix 5000 asset in the schedule.
Timing Properties
  • For Disaster Recovery and Security Compliance schedules, it shows the frequency to run the schedule and the maximum runtime.
  • For Device Monitor schedules, it shows the maximum runtime.
Action
Starts or stops the schedule.
