Meanings of the column headings on the Diagnostics tab
The following table shows the column headings on the
Diagnostics
tab and their meanings.Column Headings | Description |

Paper clip icon | Indicates that a file is available. A file attached to the Diagnostics and Health Log includes information such as the condition of a device. You can download the file attachments and find troubleshooting information. |
Logged Time | Shows the date and time that the FactoryTalk AssetCentre database receives the message from the FactoryTalk-enabled software. The Logged Time and Occurred Time might be different if you disconnect from the network while FactoryTalk AssetCentre caches data, or if the time on the server is different from the time on your computer. |
Occurred Time | Shows the date and time that the software records the message. The Logged Time and Occurred Time might be different if you disconnect from the network while FactoryTalk AssetCentre caches data, or if the time on the server is different from the time on your computer. |
Source | Shows the software that generates the message. |
Location | Shows the name of the computer name from which the message originates. |
Severity | The device's status:
|
Resource | Shows the name of the hardware or software object that is the subject of the message. |
Username | Shows the signed-in user logged on to the computer when the message is generated. |
Message | Shows the detailed information about the device's condition, what changes are made, the hardware involved, and so forth. The full message appears in the Log Item Details pane. |
Health Index | Depending on the device and the publishing software, it might contain a numeric health index. For example, a scale of 1-10 might be used to describe the level of viscosity of the lubricant. The reporting software determines the meaning of these numbers. |
Current Status | Whether action has been or should be taken regarding the diagnostics and health message. The default setting of each record's status is Not Set . |
