Items on the History tab
The following table shows the items on the
History
tab and their meanings.Items | Descriptions |

Most recent 100 records | View the most recent 100 records. If the records are fewer than 100, all records
will be shown. You can configure the amount of the records to show by
selecting:

Records from date | View the historical records in a date range. Select this option, and then select
a start date and an end date from the calendar. This function is used to find what
activity occurred on a file during that period. |
Version-related activities | View only activities related to versions of a file or binder. These activities
include creating, checking in, promoting, and labeling. |
All activities | View all activities related to versions of a file or binder. |
