History tab

  • On
    Assets
    , expand the assets tree, and then a file, binder, link, or folder.
    The
    History
    tab shows by default.
The
History
tab shows the historical records created for a file, binder, link, or folder where you perform an action, such as creating, checking in, checking out, getting, pinning, promoting, or labeling. The
History
tab makes it easy to determine what work has been performed on the file or binder and what versions are available. You can choose to show all activities for a file or binder, or only the version-related activities, such as creating and labeling.
Use the
History
tab to:
  • View historical records of files, binders, links, or folders
  • Sort data for each column
  • Filter data
  • Change the width of a column
  • Change the position of a column
