Column headings on the History tab

The number assigned to a file version. Each file version created begins with the number 1. Each additional version, created by checking in or promoting a file or binder, is assigned a sequential number.

The date and time that an action was performed on a file or binder.

The action type that you performed.

The signed-in user who performed the action on a file or binder.

Comments entered by the user who performed the action.
