The following table shows the properties in the
File, Binder, or Link Properties
pane and their meanings.Properties | Descriptions |

Store latest version only | Deletes any previous versions of the asset automatically when the asset is edited
Automatically. The previous versions will not be preserved, but the history will
be preserved. Note: To store only the latest version of a file, you must have the Set
Store Latest Version permission. |
Maximum number of versions | Specifies the maximum number of versions for the asset. Note: To specify the maximum number of versions, you must have the
Configure Database Limitations permission.If the number of archive versions exceeds the value you specified in Maximum
number of versions , the oldest versions will be deleted. Version 1 will be
kept. The deleted file versions appear dimmed. |
Current version total | Shows the number of current archive versions. |
Total disk usage | Shows the total disk usage of the asset. |
Description | Shows the description of the asset. |
Name | Shows the asset name. |
