Items in the New Label dialog
The following table shows the items in the
New Label
dialog and their meanings.Items | Descriptions |

Allow reuse of existing labels | Select this option to enable the use of a label that has been applied to a previous version of the same file. |
Recursively label files and subfolders | Select this option to label all files and files in subfolders within the asset automatically. This option is only available when you select an asset or a container in the asset tree. |
Label | Enter a descriptive name for the file version. The maximum length of a label is 40 characters. |
Comments | Enter an optional comment to track work. The maximum length of a comment is 2500 characters. |
