Multiple Baselines

: FactoryTalk Analytics GuardianAI supports monitoring multiple baselines of a component based on its state value coming from the PLC.

Operator Notifications

: FactoryTalk Analytics GuardianAI provides the capability to write back detected anomaly data (deviations and/or failure risks) to the PLC, enabling synchronized communication with the controller. This allows control engineers to implement closed-loop actions based on detected anomalies, while enabling operators to respond appropriately when an anomaly is identified.

Health Metrics (KPIs)

: FactoryTalk Analytics GuardianAI delivers real-time Interface health KPIs for each drive. These KPIs enable users to identify the bottlenecks and take corrective action when needed.
