Configure SSL Certificate

By default, FactoryTalk Analytics GuardianAI is configured with a self-signed certificate. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate refers to a file hosted within the webpage's origin server, which holds the data that browsers access when you are viewing and interacting with the page.
The certificate can be self-signed or signed (issued) by a third party. To maintain secure communications, it is mandatory for customers to import their issued SSL certificate using the Import SSL Certificate section.
Follow the below steps to import SSL certificate:
  1. Click
    Browse
    . Select the required
    .pfx
     file to import.
  2. Provide the password associated with the certificate and then click
    Import
    .
    The "
    Certificate updated successfully
    " message displays.
Users can remove all the imported certificates. Click
Restore
 to delete the certificates from the application.
