Pre-Installation Tasks
Install the required components to connect with FactoryTalk InfoPlatform Service:
- Install FTServicePlatform
- Specify which FTDirectory will be used
- Configure User accounts in FTDirectory
- Configure required FTHistorians in FTDirectory
- Install OSIsoft PI SDK
- Configure PISDK Trusts on FTHistorian Servers
- Install OSIsoft AF Client
- Install OSIsoft System Management Tools
- (Optional) Configure the InfoPlatform Service Account as a Non-Administrator
