Pre-requisite

Ensure that the .NET version 4.8 is installed on the machine. After successfully .NET Framework 4.8, the system will ask for Restart, then restart the system. After successful restart, verify that all the updates are done and if there is/are any pending update(s), update them as well (e.g. the updates related to the framework) and Restart the system once again.

This is to ensure that the .NET version 4.8 is successfully installed on the machine and machine is up-to-date.
