  • Axisxx.HomeSwitch
  • 0 = Axis is not to perform the Home command.
  • 1 = Axis is to perform the Home command.
Axisxx.TargetPosition
REAL
For absolute Move Position command, determines the target position that the axis moves to.
For relative Move Position command, determines the distance from the current position. Positive values mean that the target is at the given distance away in the forward direction. Negative values mean that the target is at the given distance away in the reverse direction.
The value is in Engineering Units.
For Absolute Position Move, distance from the old position to O:TargetPosition must be less than or equal to 20,000 revolutions x C:Scaling.
For Relative Position Move, the maximum value is 20,000 revolutions x C:Scaling.
Axisxx.TargetVelocity
REAL
For Move Position command, determines the maximum speed that the axis moves.
For Move Velocity command, determines the target velocity that the axis reaches. Positive values mean that the axis moves in the forward direction. Negative values mean that the axis moves in the reverse direction.
This tag is not used for other commands.
The value is in Engineering Units per second.
Any value
Axisxx.Accel
REAL
For Move Position command, determines the rate of acceleration when starting the motion.
For Move Velocity command, determines the speed's rate of change.
This tag is not used for other commands.
The value is in Engineering Units per second
2
.
Any value
Axisxx.Decel
REAL
For Move Position command, determines the rate of deceleration when stopping the motion.
This tag is not used for other commands.
The value is in Engineering Units per second
2
.
Any value
Axisxx.JogSpeed
REAL
For Jog command, determines the maximum speed that the axis moves.
The value is in Engineering Units per second.
Any value
Axisxx.HomePosition
REAL
Specifies the position value to set as the current position when a Home or Set Home Position command completes.
The value is in Engineering Units.
Any value
Axisxx.AbsoluteMove
BOOL
For Move Position command, determines whether the position command is interpreted as absolute (relative to a fixed reference) or relative to the current position.
  • 0 = Relative Position
  • 1 = Absolute Position
Axisxx.JogForward
BOOL
For Jog command, determines whether the axis moves in the forward or reverse direction.
When the current command is Jog, you can update these tags without using Axisxx.Execute.
IMPORTANT: C:InvertDirection affects the direction of these tags.
Values (JogForward, JogReverse) represent:
  • (0, 0) = Stationary
  • (1, 0) = Move forward
  • (0, 1) = Move reverse
  • (1, 1) = Stationary
Axisxx.JogReverse
Axisxx.HomeDirection
BOOL
For Home command, determines the direction of motion when the homing operation is started.
  • 0 = Forward
  • 1 = Reverse
Axisxx.HomeSwitch
BOOL
Indicates whether the home switch condition (measured from external input) is active when C:HomeInputSelect is -1.
  • 0 = Home switch condition is not active.
  • 1 = Home switch condition is active.
Axisxx.PositiveOvertravel
BOOL
Indicates whether the positive overtravel limit (measured from external input) is triggered when C:PositiveOvertravelInputSelect is -1.
  • 0 = Positive overtravel limit is not triggered.
  • 1 = Positive overtravel limit is triggered.
Axisxx.NegativeOvertravel
BOOL
Indicates whether the negative overtravel limit (measured from external input) is triggered when C:NegativeOvertravelInputSelect is -1.
  • 0 = Negative overtravel limit is not triggered.
  • 1 = Negative overtravel limit is triggered.
Axisxx.HardStop
BOOL
For Stop command, determines whether the axis performs a hard stop (immediate) or a smooth stop (controlled deceleration).
TIP: When the axis is moving with a heavy load and a hard Stop command is applied, the axis might move additional steps before it becomes stationary. You might require to perform a Home command again.
  • 0 = Smooth stop
  • 1 = Hard stop
Axisxx.BrakeFaulted
BOOL
Indicates whether there is a fault in the external brake control.
If such a fault occurs, the axis performs a hard stop and applies hold current.
  • 0 = No fault exists.
  • 1 = A fault exists.
