Axisxx.VelocityProfile
SINT
Determines the acceleration and deceleration profile to use for motion commands.
  • 0 = Trapezoidal – The axis accelerates/decelerates at a constant rate until it reaches the target speed.
  • 1 = S-curve – The axis accelerates/decelerates at a lower rate at the start, at target rate in the middle, and a lower rate towards the end to reduce jerk.
Axisxx.UnitsPerRevolution
REAL
Engineering Units per revolution.
Position, speed, and rate of change parameters are divided by this value to convert them from Engineering Units to Revolution.
Any positive value
Axisxx.MaxSpeed
REAL
Specifies the maximum speed that the axis is allowed to move.
If the commanded velocity exceeds maximum speed, the actual velocity is limited to maximum speed and I.Axisxx.OverspeedAlarm is set to 1.
The value is in Engineering Units per second.
Any positive value
Axisxx.JogAccel
REAL
Specifies the speed's rate of change for the Jog command.
The value is in Engineering Units per second
2
.
Any positive value
Axisxx.InvertDirection
BOOL
Determines whether to invert the logical motor direction to account for installation or mechanical orientation differences.
Tag Value
Positive Values (Forward)
Negative Values (Reverse)
0
Clockwise
Counterclockwise
1
Counterclockwise
Clockwise
Axisxx.InvertHomeInput
BOOL
Determines whether to invert the input trigger for the Home Limit Switch.
This configuration does not affect the behavior of O:HomeSwitch.
  • 0 = A value of 1 from the selected home switch input indicates that the home position is detected.
  • 1 = A value of 0 from the selected home switch input indicates that the home position is detected.
Axisxx.InvertPositiveOvertravelInput
BOOL
Determines whether to invert the input trigger for positive overtravel.
This configuration does not affect the behavior of O:PositiveOvertravel.
  • 0 = A value of 1 from the selected positive overtravel limit input indicates that positive overtravel is detected.
  • 1 = A value of 0 from the selected positive overtravel limit input indicates that positive overtravel is detected.
Axisxx.InvertNegativeOvertravelInput
BOOL
Determines whether to invert the input trigger for negative overtravel.
This configuration does not affect the behavior of O:NegativeOvertravel.
  • 0 = A value of 1 from the selected negative overtravel limit input indicates that negative overtravel is detected.
  • 1 = A value of 0 from the selected negative overtravel limit input indicates that negative overtravel is detected.
Axisxx.HomeType
SINT
Determines the method that the axis uses to detect the home position in a Home operation.
0 = Home Limit Switch
The Home Limit Switch is connected to local digital input or external digital input (Detection is triggered using O.Axisxx.HomeSwitch).
Axisxx.HomeInputSelect
SINT
Determines the corresponding input point to use as the Home Limit Switch trigger.
You cannot associate the same local input to multiple axes or axis functions.
  • -1 = O:HomeSwitch is used to detect the home position.
  • 0 = Input00
  • 1 = Input01
Axisxx.PositiveOvertravelInputSelect
SINT
Determines the input point to use as the positive overtravel trigger.
You cannot associate the same local input to multiple axes or axis functions.
  • -1 = O:PositiveOvertravel is used to detect the condition.
  • 0 = Input00
  • 1 = Input01
Axisxx.NegativeOvertravelInputSelect
SINT
Determines the input point to use as the negative overtravel trigger.
You cannot associate the same local input to multiple axes or axis functions.
  • -1 = O:NegativeOvertravel is used to detect the condition.
  • 0 = Input00
  • 1 = Input01
Axisxx.HomeTimeout
DINT
Specifies the maximum time that the axis is allowed to find the home position.
When the time elapses, the axis performs a smooth stop and the position stays invalid.
1000…600,000 ms
Axisxx.HomeSpeed
REAL
Specifies the speed to use during a Home operation until the home limit switch is detected. You can set this parameter to a high value to reduce the time it takes to perform the Home command.
The value is in Engineering Units per second.
Any positive value
Axisxx.HomeFinalSpeed
REAL
Specifies the final speed to use after the home limit switch is detected. You can set this parameter to a low value to achieve better home position accuracy.
The value is in Engineering Units per second.
