Invalid path specified or one of the devices not responding

There was a problem communicating with the device. Check if:
  • an incorrect slot was configured for the device.
  • the device created in the software does not exist on the network at the address specified in the software, or communication to the device was lost.
  • the device has a major fault.
  • a bridge device was configured for an incorrect slot, it has faulted, or communication to it was lost.
  • RSLinx Classic
     or
    FactoryTalk Linx
     is running.
