Anaheim Welcomes the 2024 Automation Fair Event

This four-day event features immersive learning, networking and hands-on demonstrations of the latest process automation and IT/OT technologies.

Each year, the Automation Fair® event hosted by Rockwell Automation and its PartnerNetwork™ program brings together more than 10,000 automation professionals looking to shape the future of industrial operations. From executives to operations management to engineers across a range of industries, attendees have opportunities for learning, networking and experiencing the latest IT/OT innovations and best practices.

This year’s event will take place from Nov. 18-21 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. Over four days, you’ll experience inspiring keynotes, interactive training classes, tip-filled sessions and more to learn how to optimize production, empower workers, manage risk, drive sustainability and accelerate digital transformation.

The event also offers summit experiences, educational sessions, customized learning opportunities, off-site tours, a 500,000-sq.-ft. expo and more. Learn about each of these unique features below and register for the show.

Immersive Summit Experience

Monday through Wednesday of the Automation Fair® event, attendees can immerse in half-day Summit experiences that include a networking lunch, keynote presentation, round tables and breakout sessions in five carefully curated areas:

  • Motion User Group (MUG) Summit on Monday, Nov. 18.
  • New Capacity Excellence Summit on Monday, Nov.18.
  • Plex Customer Summit on Tuesday, Nov. 19.
  • Process Solutions User Group (PSUG) Summit on Tuesday, Nov. 19.
  • OEM Leader-to-Leader Summit on Wednesday, Nov. 20.

This Summit Series unites like-minded individuals for idea sharing and community building. Join one and gain exclusive access to leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) not available in the general course catalog. Check out more on the summits.

Based on attendee feedback, Rockwell Automation has expanded the Expo schedule to three full days, allowing attendees more time to check out the 120+ interactive exhibits from Rockwell Automation and its PartnerNetwork.

This popular showcase of the latest solutions, technologies and services includes hands-on demonstrations and live production scenarios of products designed to improve industrial automation and digital transformation.

With an expanded four-day format and added value, Rockwell Automation offers tiered registration fees.The pricing options allow you to select programming specific to your needs. Registration for a General Access pass opened at $495 through Sept. 30 and a General Access + Advanced Training pass at $1,595. If you haven’t yet registered, don’t miss out — passes are still available to take advantage of all the event has to offer. See more on each pass and current pricing for after Sept. 30 listed below.

General Access Pass. This pass includes admission to all four days of the event, keynote sessions, summits, industry forums, new product introductions, introductory-level hands-on labs and technical sessions, partner- and customer-led sessions, panel discussions, the Expo, and Expo and off-site tours. Lunch, coffee and snack breaks will be served all four days.

Note: The introductory-level training and labs offered with the General Access Pass will not be eligible for PDH credits.

Cost: $695 (through Nov. 15); $895 (Nov. 16 and after)

General Access + Advanced Training Pass. This includes all the General Access benefits noted above, plus four days of unlimited access to the advanced-level hands-on labs and product & technology sessions. These training sessions are eligible for earning PDH credits.

Cost: $1,795 (through Nov. 15); $2,295 (Nov. 16 and after)
