Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an increasingly important part of sustainability efforts, as it offers innovative ways to address complex challenges facing the planet and society. In this presentation, we will discuss the latest trends in AI and sustainability, as well as our efforts to help our manufacturing customers capture the opportunities in these trends and our internal initiatives to become a more sustainable company by using AI.

First, we will explore the current trends in AI and sustainability. As we all know, global sustainability challenges are multifaceted and complex. AI can help to analyze large data sets and identify patterns that humans may miss, which can provide insights into environmental and social issues. The trends in AI that support sustainability include machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. These technologies are used in various fields, such as energy, agriculture, transportation, and waste management, to address sustainability issues. In this talk, we will focus on applications in semiconductor manufacturing and related industries.

Second, we will present case studies demonstrating how we are helping partners capture the opportunities in the abovementioned trends. Key focus areas include using AI to reduce carbon footprint, minimize waste and water consumption, and optimize operations in real-time.

Last, we will discuss what we are doing internally to become a more sustainable company using AI. As well as minimizing our own environmental footprint through applications such as anomaly detection and predictive maintenance, these internal initiatives support our R&D cycle to develop solutions for the manufacturing companies we support.
