Event Pass

The event pass entitles you to the keynotes, breakout sessions, hands-on labs and The Connected Enterprise Expo. The full event pass also includes meals and access to the event activities, including the Welcome Reception and the ROKLive Evening Experience.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prior to May 10, 2022 are eligible for a 100 percent refund. Starting May 11, 2022, event fees are nonrefundable.

What is RokLive 2022?

ROKLive 2022 is a Rockwell Automation and Plex Systems event that brings together operations, maintenance, engineering and technology leaders and innovators to explore how our enterprise-wide solutions are linking OT and IT like never before. ROKLive includes keynotes, networking events, and more than 125 unique sessions delivering a mix of best practices, industry case studies, hands-on-learning, and an interactive expo showcasing the latest innovations in industrial and manufacturing technology.

Who attends ROKLive 2022?

ROKLive expects to draw over 1500 attendees from these key audiences:

Where will ROKLive 2022 take place?

ROKLive 2022 will take place at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort and Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in Orlando, Florida.

What is your cancellation policy?

Event fee cancellations made prior to May 10, 2022 are eligible for a 100 percent refund. Starting May 11, 2022, event fees are nonrefundable.

What is the hotel cancellation policy for hotels booked through ROKLive Housing (prior to May 16) ?

Cancellations must be received at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Any cancellations received within 5 days of arrival will result in a penalty equal to one night’s room & tax, charged by your selected hotel. Some hotels charge a penalty for checking out earlier than scheduled. To avoid this, please verify your departure date upon arrival. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in one night’s room & tax charged to the credit card provided and your room will be released by the hotel.

Can I bring a guest to the ROKLive Evening Experience?

Yes, guests may join the festivities at the ROKLive Evening Experience on Wednesday, June 15. A guest pass can be purchased during the registration process for $125, or during ROKLive at the registration desk. Guests are not permitted at any other time during the event.

When will I be able to build my session schedule?

Sessions are currently available to book. Log into your My Registration and select your sessions.

Can I get copies of the material presented at the event?

Yes, the presentations will be posted and available for no cost in the ROKLive mobile app following the conclusion of the event.

How do I register?

What do I get with my full event pass?

Is there are cost for guests? What does it include?

Yes, a guest pass is available for $125. The pass allows your guest to participate in the ROKLive Evening Experience on Wednesday, June 15. Guests are not permitted at any other time during the event.

How can I book a room at one of the ROKLive event hotels?

You will be able to book your room(s) at an event hotel at the negotiated discounted rate after you register to attend the event. You can access hotel booking by clicking on the “Book Room” link on the registration confirmation page or from the link in your registration confirmation email.

Is a credit card required to make a hotel reservation?

When you request a hotel reservation through ROKLive Housing, you will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee your room. All hotel room fees are the responsibility of the attendee. Hotels may charge a one night’s room and tax deposit on or after May 12, 2022.

Where can I find hotel costs for ROKLive 2022?

ROKLive 2022 hotel costs vary by property and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Event hotel information can be found in the hotel section.

Is transportation provided from Orlando International Airport to the event hotels?

No, transportation is not provided. Please check the transportation section for information on the different transportation options, including rideshare and taxis.

Health and Safety Guidelines

Your health and safety is our priority at ROKLive. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 conditions and may make adjustments to our health and safety protocols following all CDC and local health recommendations as we approach the event. Currently, vaccinations and face masks are highly recommended.
