- Volunteer Paid Time Off (VPTO) - Employees have 24 hours of benefit time to use for volunteering during work hours.
- The Donations for Doers program – Employees earn rewards for volunteerism that can be used to direct charitable dollars to the organization of their choice.
- The Matching Gift program – Our company supports employee donations with dollar-for-dollar matching up to the approved charities of their choice.
- Giving Network - Through Benevity Causes, we are empowering charity organizations to connect to corporate giving programs, including ROK in Action, to share opportunities for donors and volunteers.
