Select a file name for an imported project

In the

Look In

field, enter or browse for the folder in which you wish to save the project.

In the

File Name

field, enter the name of the project file into which you wish to import the .L5K file.

In the

Files of Type

field, be sure to select the .ACD file type.

If you wish to save the project as a different revision, choose the revision you wish to use from the

To:

pull-down menu in the lower left portion of the dialog box.

Note that this revision refers to the version of the

Logix Designer

application. The

From:

field displays the software revision for which the project is currently configured.

Click

Import

to import into the project file you have specified.

If you have changed the revision information for this project, then the version of the

Logix Designer

application that is compatible with the project’s revision is launched, the file is imported and saved, and any errors that may have occurred are displayed.
