Displays the timestamp of the last time field power turned on in YYYY-MM-DD-HH:mm:SS.mmm format.

YYYY = year
MM = month
DD = day
HH = hour (24 hour)
mm = minutes
SS = seconds
mmm = milliseconds

You can see a valid time or None if no event time was recorded.
