Remove an authorized license
To move the license to another computer, contact the support team to remove the license and reauthorize it on another computer.
Prerequisites
- Gather authorized license information.

To remove an authorized license
- To startAADvance-Trusted SIS Workstation softwarewith theWindowsadministrator privileges required to manage licenses, right-click theSIS WorkstationWindowsdesktop shortcut and then selectRun as administrator.
- From theHelpmenu, selectLicensing CAM.TrustedThe licensing information displays along with three User Codes.
- Send an email that contains all three user codes to the support team:keymaster@ra.rockwell.com
- The support team emails you backRegistration Key 1.
- From theHelpmenu, selectLicensing CAM.Trusted
- Enter the registration key inRegistration Key 1and selectValidate.A confirmation code appears.
- Send an email that contains the confirmation code to the support team:keymaster@ra.rockwell.comTheAADvance-Trusted SIS Workstation softwareis no longer licensed forTrustedapplications.
