Port Diagnostics dialog box

Use this dialog box to view the diagnostic information for the port. When the controller is online, you can do the following on the
Port Diagnostics
 dialog box.
  • View the interface and media counters for the port.
  • Reset the interface and media counters to zero.
The
Port Diagnostics
 dialog box is only available for controllers with an embedded Ethernet port, and the data is only displayed when the controller is online.
TIP: To open the Port Diagnostics dialog:
  1. In the
    Controller Organizer
    , expand the
    I/O Configuration
     folder, and double-click the controller.
  2. On the
    Controller Properties
    dialog box, click the
    Port Configuration
    tab.
  3. Click the
    Browse
     (
    ...
    ) button to open the
    Port Diagnostics
     dialog box.
