Log in to FactoryTalk Hub

Prior to accessing FactoryTalk Hub, you need to create your MyRockwell account by registering your e-mail on the MyRockwellAutomation website if you are not provided with an account yet. You will use this latter for accessing FactoryTalk Hub.
NOTE: Create a MyRockwell Account through the website: https://www.rockwellautomation.com/account/
NOTE: You can use the same credentials for both the myRockwellAutomation website and the Knowledgebase and Commerce Portal.
  1. Go to FactorytalkHub.com to launch FactoryTalk Hub.
  2. Select
    SIGN IN
     to log in with your MyRockwell account.
  3. If you do not have a MyRockwell account, select
    Create an account
    , enter your email, name, location and password, and then select
    Submit
    .
    You receive a verification email. Once you verify your email address, you can sign in with your new MyRockwell account.
  4. The first time you log in to FactoryTalk Hub, scroll to read the Rockwell Automation EULA and then select
    Accept
    .
    You be prompted to either join an existing organization or create a new one.
