Request Access to a Service

  1. To request access to a service:
  2. From the FactoryTalk Hub menu, select
    Organizations
     or
    Sub-organizations
    .
  3. From the Organizations or Sub-organizations page, select an organization or sub-organization.
  4. In the
    By request
     section, select on the service tile you want to receive access to and select
    Request
    .
    TIP: The request button only appears on the tiles you have no access to.
    The service administrators receive an email notification with the access request. By clicking the
    Go to Approve users
     button in the email notification, the administrators are redirected to a FactoryTalk Hub page where they can either approve or dismiss the request. The requestor receives an email notification when their request was approved or dismissed.
