Navigate the FactoryTalk Hub
Home
page using the different controls to provide you the services and tools you want.
You can use the main toolbar to perform these tasks:
  1. Use the
    Hub Menu
    to quickly move between the different services included in your organization’s entitlements. This menu also contains hub management tools if you are an owner or admin for the organization.
  2. Click the Rockwell Automation logo to go to the Rockwell Automation website if you want to view additional product information.
  3. The
    Notifications
    bell icon alerts you to any new information since the last time you signed on. Click the
    Notifications
    icon to review the notifications list and respond to alerts. For more information, see Notifications.
  4. The
    Help
    question mark icon provides you with different forms of help. You can review the release notes, getting started information, and help topics. There are also links that you can use to contact support, provide feedback, or view legal information.
  5. Click the
    Organization
    name to switch between FactoryTalk Hub organizations. For example, if you are a member of both a system integrator and a solution provider organization.
  6. Click your
    Profile
    icon to update
    Account Settings
    or
    Logout
    of FactoryTalk Hub.
Portal Menu Features
The portal menu is divided into two sections. Hub Manager and Organization.
Hub Manager Menu
If you are an administrator for your organization you will be able to access
Hub Management Features
from the
Portal Menu
. The
Hub Manager
section lets you Manage User Access, View Entitlements, Invite Users, Approve Users, and Manage Organization Invites.
Organization Menu
The Organization Menu gives you options to Create, Edit, and Join Organizations. It provides a link to check your Universal Credits Balance.
