Upgrade a pre-shipment lineup

If a pre-shipment dataset is imported, it can be upgraded to a post-shipment dataset by performing either:
  • Overwrite
    . Overwrite the pre-shipment dataset with the post-shipment dataset. This option loses any changes made to the pre-shipment dataset.
  • Merge
    . Merge the pre-shipment and post-shipment datasets. This option takes you through the lineup, highlights differences between the pre-shipment and post-shipment lineups, and lets you choose which changes to keep from either the pre-shipment or the post-shipment lineup.
To upgrade from a pre-shipment to a post-shipment lineup:
  1. Identify the PRE-SHIPMENT badge in either:
    • IntelliCENTER
       explorer at the lineup level.
    • IntelliCENTER Dashboard
       after the lineup name.
  2. In IntelliCENTER explorer or
    Elevation
     view, at the lineup level, from the menu, select
    Upgrade to post-shipment
    .
  3. In
    Upgrade to post-shipment
    , under
    Databases
    , select
    Browse
     then select
    Upload
    .
  4. Select up to five lineups.
  5. Select
    Import
    .
  6. In
    Import MCC Lineup
    , for each selected dataset, select any of the following and then select
    Next
    :
    • Merge differences
      . Merge the differences between the pre-shipment and post-shipment datasets.
    • Overwrite current data with post-shipment dataset
      . Lose any changes to the pre-shipment dataset.
    • Skip current lineup
      . Do not upgrade the lineup.
  7. If you choose to merge the differences, a wizard opens and highlights the properties that are mismatched between the two lineups. Select the main device and select either
    Apply current project property
     to discard changes or
    Keep incoming changes property
     to keep changes.
  8. When all conflicts are resolved, select
    Import
    .
