Our training programs are designed to empower new and recent graduates with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to deliver great outcomes for our customers. Each training program is a unique blend of several (or all) of the following: classroom learning, lab work, field assignments, project-based learning and professional development. Our training programs are designed to help you establish the fundamental skills you’ll need to succeed on your chosen career path, create a sense of community, and expand your network. Completing a training program will help reduce the time it takes for you to be effective in your chosen role, and strengthen your ability to use Rockwell Automation resources to solve problems.
