Getting started is as easy as 1-2-3

Activate

To get started, all you need to do is redeem your trial entitlement.

Click on the REDEEM MY TRIAL button in the email you received (this will take you to the factoryTalk Hub home page).
Click the SIGN IN button and login with your credentials.
Click on the REDEEM NOW button (this will take you to the View Entitlements page).
Verify that you have a FactoryTalk Remote Access entitlement available in the trials tab.

Allocate

In order for you to access the FactoryTalk Remote Access environment, the entitlement must be allocated to an organization. This unlocks the FactoryTalk Remote Access tile in FactoryTalk Hub so you can launch the product.

If you already have an organization created that you want to allocate your entitlement to, you can skip this step. If you don’t have an organization created, follow these instructions:
- From the hamburger menu in the upper left corner of the FactoryTalk Hub, select the “Create Organization” option.
- Enter the information for your organization, then click “Create”.
You are now ready to allocate your entitlement.
- From the hamburger menu, select “View Entitlements”.
- Select the FactoryTalk Remote Access entitlement from the “Available for allocation” window, then click “Allocate”.

Access

You’re ready to open the FactoryTalk Remote Access environment and start collaborating with others on projects.

From the FactoryTalk Hub home, click on the FactoryTalk Remote Access tile to access the service.
If this is your first time using FactoryTalk Remote Access, you will need to name and create your domain.
Note: The domain name cannot be changed once created.
