Possible cause and solution:
  • The HMI device lost power or is disconnected from the network.
    Verify the HMI device is powered on and connected to the network.
  • The workstation is busy processing requests from other programs, processes, or services.
    Open
    Task Manager
    on your workstation to verify that no other program, process, or service is impacting the performance of the workstation.
