HMI project file cannot be downloaded

Possible cause and solution:
  • File downloads are disabled on the HMI device.
    Check the
    Allow download and Firmware updates
    option on the
    HMI device configuration
     screen.
  • Another file download is in process.
    Wait until the first download is complete and then try again.
