Unable to connect to HMI device on project download

Possible cause and solution:
  • Logix V32 software had an older version of
    FactoryTalk Linx
     preinstalled.
    Update
    FactoryTalk Linx
     to version 6.20 (CPR 9 SR 12.0) or later.
