Verify that the SD card is inserted into the HMI device.

Insert an SD card that has write permissions.

The SD card is not a supported type.

Insert a supported SD card.

The SD card is not the supported format.

Insert an SD card that has a supported format of either FAT32 or EXT3

The SD card is corrupted or contains corrupted files.

Replace or repair the SD card.

Rebooting the HMI device is required but does not solve the export issue.

Insert the SD card into a computer to verify that the SD card meets requirements and follows any prompt to scan and repair the file system index on the SD card.
