Alarm data is not visible

Possible cause and solution:
  • The Alarm, Event, or Communication service ends because the HMI device is out of memory.
    On the HMI device, open the
    Settings
    screen, tap
    HMI Device
    , and on the
    HMI Device
     popup, look at the memory use. Tap
    Reboot
    to manually restart the HMI device to free up memory.
  • The Alarm, Event, or Communication service ends. If the Communication service terminates, alarms appear with bad quality. There is no notification if the Alarm or Event services end.
    If any of the services ends, the HMI device restarts automatically.
  • The controller is unavailable due to an error in communication updates. The affected alarms appear as bad quality.
    Check the network connections. Open the
    Settings
    screen, tap
    HMI Network
    and on the
    Network
    popup, tap the
    Network Diagnostics
    tab ViewRTNetworkDiags.
  • The project configuration is too large.
    Reconfigure the project to display the recommended limit of up to 500 alarms.
