Active alarm missing from alarm table

Possible cause and solution:
  • The project may be configured incorrectly. For example, if an incorrect controller path is entered, no alarms appear on the
    Alarm Summary
     screen or the
    Alarm Manager
     screen.
    Check the project configuration in
    View Designer
     to make sure the correct controller path exists.
  • Bad quality alarms do not appear on the
    Alarm Summary
    screen.
    If alarms are missing from the
    Alarm Summary
    screen only, check and resolve alarm fault status on the
    Alarm Manager
     screen.
