PTO Motion - General configuration page

, the
Micro800
controllers that support motion control use high-speed pulse-train outputs (PTOs) to control axis positioning. The number of supported PTO axes depends on the controller type in the project.
Use the
PTO Motion - General
configuration page to do the following actions:
  • Configure the time for the PTO engine to execute the motion commands.
  • Add axes to or remove axes from the controller project.
  • View the name of the
    Feedback Axis
    when the PTO axis is paired with a
    Feedback Axis
    .

Setting
Description
PTO motion engine execution time
Specifies the execution time for an axis. It is configurable when one or more axes are added to the project.
The value is from 1 through 10 ms. The default value is 1 ms.
Axis
<x>
Selects one or more axes to add to or remove from the controller project.
FBAxis
<x>
Shows when a 2080-MOT-HSC plug-in module is part of the controller configuration and is enabled with the feedback axis. The checkbox is selected and read-only.
