2080-MOT-HSC plug-in module configuration

The following table shows the available methods used to configure for each function type.
2080-MOT-HSC plug-in module configuration page settings
Setting
Description
Enable plug-in with
Selects one of the following modes for the plug-in module:
  • When selecting
    High-speed counter instructions
    , two nodes of
    Counter 0
    and
    Counter 1
    are created on the
    2080-MOT-HSC
configuration page. Global I/O variables are added on the
    Variable
page. Changing to another mode will delete the
    Counter 0
    and
    Counter 1
nodes, and remove the global I/O variables.
  • When selecting
    Feedback Axis
    , the
    Feedback Axis
    node is created on the
    2080-MOT-HSC
    configuration page. Selecting
    PTO Motion configuration
on the page goes to the controller
    PTO Motion
configuration page, where you modify the PTO motion engine execution time. Global I/O variables are created on the
    Variable
page. Changing the mode or deleting FBAxis removes the plug-in module and the global I/O variables.
A hint appears to show with which axis the plug-in module is associated. The content varies with the axis name that you set on the FBAxis - General configuration page.
  • Selecting
    High-speed counter UDFB
requires UDFBs to be used. No instructions or global I/O variables are supported.
The default mode is
High-speed counter instructions
. The
Feedback axis
mode is not supported for L20E controllers.
