Rychiger has developed the FS190 filling and sealing machine in response to industry demand for smaller machines. It offers the flexibility of handling different capsule variants, with smaller outputs of up to 260 capsules per minute.
Based on a rotary table which can be fitted with suitable modules depending on process requirements, capsules can be delivered either with manually loadable stack channels or with a fully automated feed system.
