The Expo experience includes more than 100 interactive exhibits and displays from Rockwell and our partners, showcasing the newest industry solutions, technologies, services and expertise.

New this year, we’ve created enhanced opportunities for you to experience at the Expo, including:

Expo Tours

Join topic-specific tours of the Expo, led by a member of our technical expert team. Each tour will highlight specific areas of interest based on your role, region, and interests.

Discovery Theaters

Join us at the all-new Discovery Theaters and learn about the latest innovations, key advancements, and new additions to our product lines and technology stack. The theaters will also feature customer and partner success stories, and topical panel discussions.

Interactive Experiences

We're developing new interactive experiences in the Expo for you to experience technology in action. These new features, plus a few extra surprises, will be announced in the coming months.

The Expo will be open on Wednesday, November 8, and Thursday, November 9, during Automation Fair.

New for 2023, we will offer even more training and learning opportunities across all four days of Automation Fair, including keynotes, panel discussions with industry and thought leaders, partner- and customer- led sessions, new product introductions, product and technology training sessions and hands-on labs.

By expanding the event to four days, we’re able to double the amount of learning opportunities. Here’s an outline of the different session types, the intended audience, and the registration pass required to attend.

Keynotes
Tuesday – Thursday | All Audiences | General Access Pass

Thought leadership from Rockwell, partners, customers, and special guests will provide insight and inspiration during the general session keynotes.

Industry Forums, New Product Introductions, Partner- and Customer-led Sessions, Panel Discussions
Monday – Thursday | Manager and Executive Audiences | General Access Pass

These sessions will feature industry and thought leaders, product experts, partners and customers sharing their experiences, successes, best practices, tips and tricks, and discoveries learned while applying industrial automation and digital transformation solutions to today’s challenges and hot topics.

Training Sessions
Monday – Thursday | Implementer Audience | General Access + Advanced Training Pass

The interactive Product and Technology Sessions and Hands-on Labs focus on hardware and software offerings from Rockwell Automation. Introductory sessions will be offered with the General Access Pass and are not eligible for Professional Development Hour (PDH) credits. Advanced-level sessions offered with the Advanced Training Pass are eligible for PDH credits.

The session schedule will be configured to allow you the opportunity to attend as many sessions as possible over four days. Most sessions hosted on Monday will be offered on Wednesday, and most sessions hosted on Tuesday will be offered on Thursday. Some sessions, such as Industry Forums, Panels and Customer-led sessions, may only be offered once.

Registration for Automation Fair will open in August. You will be able to sign up for sessions immediately following completion of your event registration.

Yes, the session catalog will be available when registration launches. You will be able to view the full session offering prior to deciding which registration pass fits your specific needs.

Yes! You can earn Professional Development Hours by attending designated sessions and labs.

Please note, Professional Development Hour credits are valid in the United States and Canada.

Registration for Automation Fair will open in August.

With an expanded four-day format and added value, we’re introducing tiered registration fees for Automation Fair. The pricing options allow you to select programing specific to your needs.

General Access Pass: This pass includes admission to all four days of the event, three keynote sessions, industry forums, new product introductions, introductory-level hands-on labs, partner- and customer-led sessions, panel discussions, the Expo, Expo tours, off-site tours, and daily lunch. *Note: The introductory-level training and labs offered with the General Access Pass will not be eligible for Professional Development Hour credits.

Cost: $395 (Register by September 30); $595 (October 1 – November 3); $795 (November 4-9)

General Access + Advanced Training Pass: This pass includes all the General Access benefits as noted above, plus four days of unlimited access to the advanced-level hands-on labs and product & technology sessions. These training sessions are eligible for earning Professional Development Hour credits.

Cost: $1495 (Register by September 30); $1695 (October 1 – November 3); $2195 (November 4-9)

We recommend former ROKLive Americas attendees select the General Access + Advanced Training Pass. This package includes the type and level of training sessions a ROKLive attendee has experienced in the past.

Yes, the General Access Pass includes lunch, coffee and snack breaks during all four days of the event.

Early registration pricing and promotions will be offered leading up to the event. More details will be shared in upcoming announcements.

No, you must purchase the General Access Pass + Advanced Training Pass. The General Access Pass is required for admission to the event.

One-day Passes are not available.

No, Expo Only passes are not available for purchase and are not available to those attending the event.

Reduced rate guest passes are not available.

Yes! Complimentary General Access Passes are available for Students/Educators providing proof of student/educator status. Additional information will be provided prior to registration opening in August 2023.

Automation Fair welcomes the Process Solutions User Group again this year, as in years past. We are curating an experience designed specifically for this group, including keynote sessions, breakout sessions, networking, and guided tours of the Expo. Process-focused technical training and labs will be offered with the Advanced Training Pass.
