Enhanced device authentication
ensures only trusted parties establish connections based on defined policies.
Operation
adds the Subject Alternative Name (IP address) and may add DNS information unique for a device to its digital identity certificate. This method helps protect against identity spoofing.
You can customize the to:
- Receive notifications about devices that do not support .
- Prohibit the policy deployment to devices that fail .IMPORTANT: It is recommended to prohibit the policy deployment to devices that fail .

TIP:
Enabling involves the
deployment of updates to all devices in the policy model. You can deploy the updates
directly after enabling or do that later.
