- In the terminal, enterdocker exec -itto access the running container shell.container_namebash
- container_name
- The name of the container.TIP: You can listDockercontainers by enteringdocker ps -ain the terminal.
- Entercd /root/Rockwell_Automation/FactoryTalk_Optix/FTOptixApplication/Log/
- Enterlsto list log files.
- Entercatto investigate the log file and search for issues.log_file
- log_file
- FactoryTalk Optix Runtimelog file. For example,FTOptixRuntime.1.log.
- TIP:FactoryTalk Optix Runtimerotates logs. Check the most recent log file. The latest log file has the lowest number.If the application stops after about 120 minutes, licensing is the likely cause. Interrupted online validation can also stop the application. See Troubleshoot licensing issues.
