Organize the imported tags

Organize imported tags into folders. The imported tags remain synchronized with the controller after moving them into different folders.
IMPORTANT:
Rockwell Automation
 does
not
 recommend separating and reorganizing the tags contained in a structured tag because the initial tag structure is restored if the tag is resynchronized.
  1. To organize the imported tags
  2. In
    Project view
    , navigate to
    Tags
     under a
    Communication station
    .
  3. To create a folder, right-click the
    Tags
     object and select
    New
    Folder
    .
  4. Drag the imported tags into the folder.
